The Association plans to create a workshop for coaches and referees. We have few qualified football coaches and only one licensed referee in our communities. We need many more. Initially, we plan to arrange short term coaching courses for veteran football players. To this end we have made our first contact to seek the help of the All India Football Federation. As an outcome of such workshops, we will be gradually be in a position to bring out confident and qualified coaches and referees to help in our programs to promote the game. |
